Our Goal
The VOICE project, an initiative of The Dialogue Company, LLC, intends to empower people with skills and strategies that enable better interpersonal conversations about politics and elections. We believe that by utilizing effective dialogue methods, people can:
Help mobilize non-voters, and
Have healthy conversations across ideological divides.
Our work supports a reduction in political apathy and polarization while encouraging respect and compassion when discussing different opinions.
Our Learning Opportunities
We offer a library of information that provides opportunities for deeper learning and reflection.

Our Self-Paced Courses
These complimentary courses addressing the two tracks of dialogue around political conversations - mobilizing voters and engaging across ideologies, are available in video format. The courses are intended to be used as a deeper dive into gaining dialogue skills for intentional conversations with people within their personal circle of connection such as family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and fellow congregants.
Thanks to the generous support of the Unitarian Universalist (UU) Churches in Washington, DC and Portland, Oregan, The Dialogue Company can offer these courses free of charge. This partnership supports our commitment to create learning opportunities that allow people to improve themselves, their relationships, and their societies by deploying methods of dialogue grounded in empathy, compassion, and cooperation.
