Description
For Toddler/Twos Teachers Only.
Part 3 of 4 modules in the series.
Much of a toddler’s or 2-year-old’s caregiving day includes routines. These are important connection and instructional times during the day, rich with opportunities for supporting a child’s development and learning. In this workshop, participants will review five routines that take place every day in a toddler/twos classroom. For each routine, we will discuss considerations to make in the environment, examine our own beliefs about what should happen, brainstorm ways to partner with families, and reflect on our own teaching practices and behaviors that take place during these times. Participants will leave with strategies to help make the most of their daily routines!
