I received my bike for a minimized rate in exchange for my impartial opinion. That being said, I have had it almost a month and have been able to incorporate it in my daily schedule with the iFit ap. The bike is easy to use for both my short stature (5'1) and to adjust for my husband (6'1). I love having the water bottle holder, the straps to secure my shoes and the tablet holder for watching the workout of the day. The bike is quality and took less than an hour to put together.

I set up my elliptical on my owl within an hour and a half. I had a small issue with the machine not sending data to my phone, so I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the problem with just one communication. They were very polite and courteous and I was very pleased with the outcome. The machine works great now and I am enjoying my usage! I love my ProForm bike and treadmill. Both are amazing quality and offer the great iFit programs. When I received my treadmill, I had an issue with the screen, but they promptly fixed the issue and I had the replacement part within a few days. I 100% recommend any ProForm products.

I was looking for a good exercise bike and couldn't be happier after getting the ProForm Bike. Its assembly was super easy and the best part is the size can really fit anywhere. I have it in my bedroom and it doesn't feel like I lost any space. Additionally being able to pair my iFit workout with my ProForm bike has been a lifesaver. Been watching Proform commercials for a while now and really liked what they offered. Item shipped and arrived quickly. The bike was packaged so well in the box – the shipping company destroyed the box and I for sure thought it would be damaged, but it wasn’t. I was highly impressed right then. The mechanics of the elliptical/bike worked fine after I put it together. The console did not work, so I contacted the phone number provided. The console will not register readings, but does show zeros where readings would appear if working properly. I spoke to the representative who was courteous and helpful. He arranged for a new wiring harness to be sent which I have received. He also called and left a message advising me to follow the instruction manual and try adjusting the reed located at the rear of the trainer. After laying on the floor for some time trying different adjustments of the reed, I gave it up.

Moving on to trying to install the new wiring harness requires disassembly and reassembly of the front part of the trainer since the wiring cannot be fed through the tubes going from the top to the underside of the trainer. I haven't completed the installation yet, because I had to quit for awhile, out of frustration. I don't know if the new wiring will fix the problem once I get the wiring installed. What I do know is I was not looking to buy a new piece of equipment, have it shipped here, assemble it and then have to try to repair it.

After my husband's work gym was shut down we started looking for options for at home. We already had the weights covered but he wanted a cardio option. We decided on the ProForm space saving treadmill because we are very limited on space. It's super basic which was really all we needed and with the added bonus of it folding up we were not sacrificing space. We have been exceptionally happy with our decision. The treadmill works like a dream and with nothing super fancy it is just what we needed to get some cardio in daily. Our kids have even enjoyed walking on it (with supervision) to get a little exercise themselves. It has truly been an excellent addition to our very small gym. I've had the Power Tower for a couple of months and it has really improved my exercise routine. It's really sturdy but it has places to bolt it down if I wanted to. The back and armrests are padded well. It was easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions carefully. I'm terrible with directions. I called ProForm customer service when I couldn't figure out how to put the pull up bar on and they had me fixed up in a few minutes. I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest opinion.

First the bike arrived broken, which I discovered after paying a ridiculous amount extra to have delivered to a specific room. It was horrible to unbox and worse to assemble. Then to discover the part to attach the handles was broken within the handlebar holder. Also the seat adjustment was broken. Customer service told me I had to re-box and leave out front, now remember I paid extra to have it delivered to a certain room, because I leave alone and couldn’t lift such a heavy object myself...but go ahead and bring it outside, or “ask a neighbor” they said.

After hours on the phone to get a new bike and to have it installed for free considering I’ve been inconvenienced for over a month waiting for a new machine, we came to the agreement I would pay for install and then they would give me a 10% discount to cover the price of install, which that discount hasn’t showed up yet. New bike arrives, they put it in said room and put it together, for my 10% discount. Guess what!?!? Seat adjustment is broken. After using the bike for a week, it suddenly stops work and goes to a blank white screen.

Tech support has me reset with the hidden reset port, with an earring. Then, you have to hold down the reset and plug back in at the same time, remember how I live alone? This is insane, please find a different company, they could care less if they deliver quality products and if the customer is satisfied. I wish I would have saved up longer for a Peloton, I have seen nothing but rave reviews on their site.

I moved to Washington from Arizona. I needed to create a small gym in our spare bedroom so I needed something more compact. I researched several treadmills and decided on the ProForm Cadence Compact 500 folding treadmill. This is the perfect size. I absolutely love this treadmill. I really like that it has the inclined for more health benefits. It was pretty easy for my husband For my husband to assemble and the instructions were well written. This bike has been the best bike that we have ever owned throughout the years! It has made me motivated to get up and workout. The iFit program that comes with it is totally a life changer on its own. Even my 8 year old wants to get on because of the big screen ahah. It is adjustable for the entire family and a plus is that the iFit membership can have several people on it doing different workouts! We are more than pleased to get this bike! Been going through covid trying to keep fit. Short and tall of it the weld failed on the frame of my elliptical. ProForm said it was not part of the frame even though it holds major part of machine together. Warranty worthless as is customer service. Never ever again. Please don't buy one. You will throw it away. This wasn't heavily used or abused . The frame simply could not handle task. Also heart monitor and cal burn displays are extremely inaccurate.

I was specifically looking for a compact treadmill. This ProForm Cadence Compact 500 is really well suited for my small home gym. It can also easily fold to save space. The instruction was clear and straightforward. Packaging could have been better particularly on corner sides when shipping. A small part of the treadmill bent; thankfully it was easily fixable and does not compromise the functionality.

Nothing beats getting out of bed and not having to leave the house to get to a gym/health club quality workout especially when you are busy. A free iFit membership for 30 days is also included which has lots of statistics. Overall this compact product is perfect for a busy life and a small room. iFit is an amazing company! I spent over $3,000. The machines come with ifit for 3 years. They then kept my cc information and charged me later fraudulently. They refuse to refund my money and take the machines back after I told them I want them gone. I have yet to even open the boxes or use any features on either machine I ordered. It has been infuriating dealing with their support people. One of who even told me on the phone that I should just sell the treadmill on my end in lieu of a refund. Their returns department then said it wasn’t them who charged/stole the money but a different department who set up charge in error.

I don’t care how great the machines could have been at this point I haven’t even used and am being fraudulently charged after the fact for services I never agreed to or used as the membership is supposed to come with devices. In addition they kept my card information without permission and still have yet to refund. It hasn’t even been 45 days since they were delivered and I don’t trust this company one bit. I would highly recommend NOT buying anything from PROFORM or their related companies due to this horrible treatment and service.

My machine was delivered at my house. Was left in the middle of my bedroom after being assembled. The machine that needed to be removed was left in the middle of my hallway, that was suppose to be taken away. I thought the guys would come back from their truck after putting away their tool box, but left. Very Very disappointed.

I got the ProForm Pro C22 bike to work out indoors. I ride outside but needed something for winter and when it is raining. After researching, I settled on this ProForm bike. It was easy to set up and I was able to get a proper bike fit. Both the handlebars and the seat are adjustable up/down and front/back. You can switch out the pedals for actual lipless pedals. This purchase came with a one year subscription to iFit which has great workouts. The screen is huge and has a nice, clear picture. I actually look forward to working out and riding which I almost never do. I would recommend some padded shorts but otherwise the bike is very comfortable and you definitely get a good workout. After a ton of research I went with the ProForm Pro C22 bike. It is everything I could of wanted and more. It's easily adjustable for anyone of different sizes and shapes. I love the huge touchscreen. It swivels so you are able to use the screen off the bike as well. I am obsessed with the free year of the iFit membership. There are so many workouts and different trainer and you really feel like you are there. It is definitely a membership that I will continue to use. Highly recommend! The bike showed up in a large heavy box with plastic straps that helped with getting it moved. Assembly was reasonable and manageable. The bike itself is easy to lift and roll across the room. We have people from 280lbs down to 150lbs using this bike and all feel secure on it and don't notice any creaking or groaning even when doing the standing pedaling. The three pound weights are accessible during a workout. Ifit membership coming with it was an excellent bonus. I'm overall pleased with this product and am thankful to have received this product at a reduced rate for my honest feedback.

I looked at several other Squat racks on Amazon, Walmart, academy, and google.. This was my first choice, and I don't regret it. I was a little skeptical of the quality of this power rack at first, based on the price. I have purchased a few power racks over the years and have used many more power racks at various weight rooms. At this price point, I had some reluctance, but was willing to give it a try. I am pleased to say, after setting this up and using it extensively over the past two weeks, my reluctance has turned to over excitement for how great it is. This is an excellent rack, high quality, sturdy, full of features and at a great price

I am very pleased with everything. I put it together by myself, (but I recommend having a friend help you.) It is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be and with the weights on it, it doesn't move at all. The cage is deep enough to fit a bench comfortably in for bench press, which was a complaint for some of the other cages. Buy it and enjoy! I've had the Power Tower for a couple of weeks and it has really improved my exercise routine. I do pull ups, chin-ups, wide Pull-Ups, and leg lifts. It's really sturdy and doesn't wobble at all but it has places to bolt it down if I wanted to. The back and armrests are well-padded. It was easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions carefully. I would recommend it. I received this at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest and fair opinion.

The Pro Form Tour de France CBC Bike runs very smoothly and is very quiet. I love that I can get a workout in without disturbing anyone. Took under an hour to assemble, limited parts, and tools included. Display is easy to navigate and also doubles as a tablet holder. This came with the iFit program, I got the family plan so everyone has their own stats, and can schedule workouts, and hit individual goals. iFit works on all of our devices. The trainers, guides, and gurus are all very entertaining, great personalities and the locations can't be beat. I look forward to my daily rides, and already feel stronger, have more endurance and am sleeping much better. I recently purchased a Proform Pro Tower directly from Icon Fitness/Proform. I have been satisfied not only with this product but also with my previous items that are almost 9 years old. These are quality products that are durable with thick heavy metal frame components. The product has been engineered for both home and small office fitness center use by the manufacturer. This Power Tower was very well packaged and had no issues with any of the components despite having a box that was broken and taped by the carrier FEDEX when it was delivered. The customer representative assigned to me on this order was very responsive and provided this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion after using the Power Tower for 30 days.

I am trying to put together a home gym in my garage. So far this Proform carbon rack xl has been a great starter for that. It’s very easy to assemble, it took me between 30 minutes to an hour to get it completely put together and all the bolts tightened. The assembly instructions are to the point and easy to read, so there is no guessing what goes where. I did need an extra set of hands for the top bolts while I held pieces in place. It’s a good, sturdy, heavy duty rack & there’s no rocking during workouts. There’s an endless amount of workouts you could do on this single rack. With that being said I’m able to do every workout I physically want to do with no problems. The size of the rack doesn’t interfere with the rest of the area and if I need to I can easily slide it where I want it. I’m very pleased with the product I received. I can’t wait to see some real results in the near future using this to my full advantage. I received a discount for this product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Proform Carbon Rack XL. Great customer care. Person called me 4 days after I purchased to set up delivery. Took them 3 days to deliver. Only required a 30 min window. Called day of with delivery updates and timing. The rack was great quality. Everything went together easily and took about an hour to build. Our son loves our Proform Carbon Strength Power Tower. This tower is built strong and sturdy, the handles and cushions are comfortable, making you want to come back for more. Putting it together took 2 people and was easy enough as long as you follow the directions. This was our first piece to our home gym and we are already looking to add more proform pieces. I ordered a Proform Pro rower and I'm absolutely in love with it. It's an awesome product. It seems to be so well made but still light enough to roll around if you need to. Purchased a ProForm 9000 treadmill from Scheel's in Eden Prairie, MN, picked it up, and brought it home to assemble. During the installation I observed that the entire screen and touch bar is skewed, not square to the treadmill. Even the fan housing will not seat properly. Obviously, i phoned ProForm Customer Service to have them rectify this issue. Their service representative had me take several pics of the console. Said he was ordering parts and that a service tech would be contacting me within 48 hours (2 days). That was Monday, it is now Friday and no phone call.

I called them back today, Friday March 23, 2021 and was told that the tech would call within 10 days. Unacceptable. I reached out to Scheel's in EP and they will be making the repairs and ordering the parts for me. There is a reason that ProForm has as 1.4 rating on Consumer Affairs. Their low rating is warranted and deserved. If it wasn't for Scheel's offering to make things right for me I would be returning the treadmill and purchasing from a different company.

I purchased a Proform Carbon elliptical in January of 2019. Three months after purchase I turned in a warranty claim because the right pedal broke off at a welded point. They sent a service tech who replaced the pedal. Two months after that, the tech was back because the pedals were not working right again. He told me he never saw anything like this in his 15 years of servicing exercise equipment. The unit was replaced with a new one under warranty. Now, just three months after receiving the new until - the right pedal has once again broken off in the same spot. I am more than 100 pounds lighter than the max weight capacity so that should not be the issue. I feel this product is sub-par and cheaply made. I use the machine daily for 35 minutes to get my cardio training in. I am currently asking them to refund my money. I would not recommend buying this product at all.

I purchased a E14 elliptical from Proform. I paid the full amount for the unit but a few days later they took another $350 plus out of my bank account. They claimed there was a 1 cent discrepancy on the original charge and a "glitch" removed more than it should. Their answer was wait for 3 days and it will resolve itself. When I requested to cancel they indicated I would have to wait even longer and there may be charges involved. This was my first purchase from Proform and I could not be more disappointed.

I had waited almost 30 days for shipment, but got fed up and canceled the order. But after one week I got an email that it was shipped. I called them and asked them why? They hung up on me, I had waited for a one-hour talk to a person after listening to the mind-numbing song. They haven't returned my money after one week and the equipment still shows shipped.

While searching for a way to get a good cardio workout COVID-style in my upstairs apartment without disturbing my downstairs neighbor, I stumbled upon ProForm's Carbon E7 "free equipment" deal. I read through the site, clicked on the "learn more" and decided to go for it. First of all, NEVER take ProForm at "face" value. Most of the advertised information is misleading. Here's what I have learned through my experience (and I'll spoil the ending here - I have canceled my order): 1) By taking advantage of ProForm's "free equipment" deal, you will pay more for the Carbon E7 right off the bat than what you would pay under other circumstances. 2) The advertised monthly fee isn't anywhere close to $39 after you factor in taxes, etc. 3) Free shipping is CURBSIDE only. If you want Threshold Delivery, that will cost you another $100 and that only gets it to the lobby if you live in an apartment. Most of this you can discover -- IF you click around the website into all the fine print stuff.

The Threshold Delivery thing was the final straw as I specifically asked the sales rep when I was making the order if it would be brought TO MY APT UPSTAIRS and was told yes, that was what "threshold" delivery was. Today as I was checking the status of my shipment (which by the way, has been sitting at the warehouse for a week and I still don't have any shipping/tracking/estimated delivery info) I saw a little box at the bottom of the page that had a note about Threshold Delivery. There it said that if I live in an apartment complex, delivery was only to the lobby. Seriously?! I get COVID - but not like I'm asking it to be brought inside. I just can't get a 225 pound box upstairs by myself! I'm supposed to pay $100 for the delivery company to turn into the driveway and walk a half dozen steps vs. dropping it at the curb for free? It's ridiculous! I have no idea what I'm going to do at this point. Best advice - don't waste your time.

The product came in many pieces, need two people to put together and it no fun. Directions are OK, so better be mechanically inclined. Came with two right pedals and missing left one. Trying to find service number or warranty page is very difficult, I figure they have tried to do this on purpose. The part will take three weeks to get, they blame Covid for not being able to help me faster. Now, the screen is just went out for no reason. We have had the machine less than 30 days. Never will I buy from this company again.

But they would credit me whopping $39.99 towards the purchase price if I wanted to keep the elliptical. Horrible!! I would give zero stars if I could.

After paying extra to have someone come out and put their elliptical machine together, I received a phone call from an extremely rude – and there is no other way to describe it, very creepy technician telling me he wouldn't be able to come out for over a month, because he didn't feel like driving out to where I live that month. Honestly! Not, "I'm very busy." Just "I don't really feel like it." I live in New York City, by the way, not somewhere very remote or inaccessible. He then proceeded to tell me I should complain to ProForm like the last person who gave him attitude, telling me how she came crawling back to him begging for his help. There is no way I could let this person in my home. ProForm could not find anyone else (in New York City!) to do the job.

Purchased the Proform Hybrid trainer and it worked well for about 3 years, when a weld on one of the pedal arms broke and the pedal was not useable (recumbent bike). I called customer service and relayed the problem, at which point the rep started quoting me a price to replace. I inquired since this a obviously a manufacturer defect, not a broken part, that the company should cover this. He indicated that the warranty is only good for 90 days, and that since this was a product that was manufactured for HSN, and also sells at Walmart, etc. that the is what the warranty is. Reminds of the old phrase "you get what you pay for". Since I paid close to $400, I thought I was buying a reputable product....guess not. I will never buy another Proform, NordicTrack or any other product in this company.

I ordered a treadmill on their site on October 25 2020. Their site did say at least one product was back ordered so I ordered another one that looked in stock and said it would ship October 28th. But then nothing shipped so we called and they changed it to November 4th, then the 9th, then the 13th, then the 19th so I ended up calling their sales line and canceling. They are very overwhelmed with orders now due to covid so just be prepared to potentially wait weeks and they give you a ship date but since they are so behind you may not get your item shipped that day.

They need more transparency on their site but just be aware that what is on there may not be accurate. We were able to cancel and they said there would be no fee, so I’m hoping at least that is accurate. But quite a few people are having this issue and I wish I would have known about it before I ordered. I was very disappointed but looking to purchase one locally that I can pick up which is probably a safer option anyway.

I have had my exercise bike for over a year. The bike works like they said it would except when you do not want to sign up for ProForms iFit program. There are numerous Free workouts that come with the bike and that is what I was looking for in a bike. The problem arises when ProForm updates their software which they create so that you seem to need to sign up for their iFit program. In turn the included workout are usually hidden so that you need to search everywhere to find where Proform had moved them inside their software upgrade. The latest upgrade has made my software run so slow that it takes 20 or minutes just to find the workout I have been using over the last year. I am sure if I paid Proform for their iFit program, the bike would run fine. My next bike will NOT be from ProForm!!!

I have to admit this company has the most lethargic customer service department I have ever deal with. I noticed my heart rate monitor was nowhere near accurate, so I went into the website and opened a ticket. After not getting a response I went through the process of trying to talk to a human, when I finally reached a customer service rep he informed me that the heart rate monitors were junk and they would not be in future releases. He expected em to go, "Oh, OK I didn't know that was just an advertised feature and not actually functional". I finally said, "Well what are you going to do about this?" He said, "OK. We will send you replacement parts." So weeks go by and I get a wiring harness and a replacement for one of the two sensors. I try to replace the sensor but do not know how.

So at this point I drop a letter to the NC States Attorney General's office. I'm kinda pissed I spent all this money on a piece of **. Proform finally response and sends a technician out who tells me the equipment is too cheap to monitor my pulse as well as my watch. According to my stepper, I'm still in a coma after 30 minutes of exercise. He replaced the one sensor and the harness because he did not order the additional parts even though I told him two weeks ahead of time. The technician apparently could not afford a facemask either. Well it's still not working. I'm on everlasting hold again. I would not recommend Icon fitness to anyone.

I ordered an elliptical from ProFrom on July 31st. I asked the salesperson twice if the machine was in stock and ready to ship and he assured me it was. This turned out to be totally untrue. Our new 'estimated ship date' was marked September 14th on the website. That day came and went. I called ProForm and someone told me the machine would now ship by September 31st. Nothing. I reached out a 3rd time and was told the machine would ship September 9th - I doubt it. I have heard from others that they have had to wait more than 5 months for shipping - and the whole time the company does NOT update you - you have to reach out yourself to get any answers. Save yourself a headache and do not order from ProForm's website - their fulfillment is terrible and they will just keep lying to you about the date with no other resolution. Buy a machine in-person where you can take it home or try a different company.

So I ordered this a year ago. I used it 5x's because of life. Let me tell you ProForm will never get business from me again and I encourage anyone to stay away. So I'm outside of labor warranty, no problem. They told me to test the Reed switch which I did, moving it 1/8th inch at a time. Rpm still doesn't work which controls the machine. I called customer service for months. First 2 times waited over an hour and was told they couldn't hear me and they hung up. Now I follow their advice and now they say they can't send me parts that are covered under warranty to fix my machine without paying 159 dollars for a tech to verify. This machine was already 1100 bucks and is a useless paper weight and Proform's customer service is worst than that.

I ordered my elliptical on Feb 24, 2020. Today is July 8th and the elliptical has still not shipped. I am currently on hold (20 minutes and counting) being transferred to a different department. I've already been disconnected once. While holding I am looking at the email they sent me on June 16th saying the elliptical would be in stock and ship on July 6th. The first response I got today was re-stock and ship on August 27th. Yes, a full 6 months after placing the order.

I am currently trying one of the 10 phone numbers they have on their website due to my shipment still not arriving for over a month now. Very unreliable, hard to reach, they will cut the phone on you after waiting for 1 hour on hold. As might as well tell the customers they just want their money and they've been scammed and will probably never receive any equipment. Working customer service myself in the past, I know things can get chaotic, but to treat someone like this and offer this trash service is a new level low achieved.

I bought a treadmill along with the mat and kit back in May with a promised delivery date of June 4th which came and went and of course, no treadmill. I've tried calling the "deliver" company and was put on hold for 45 minutes and then they hung up. I tried the email address and it was fake. I go onto the ProForm live chat every day and they know NOTHING. No one can give me an answer where my $2000 treadmill and accessories are. Go to Walmart and get a Sunny Health product and save money and time. I only went to this company because a friend recommended it but her treadmill was a hand me down so she didn't have to deal with this crap. I suppose I will eventually get it and it had better be in perfect shape.

If you are looking to buy any exercise equipment, my advice to you is to please trust the other reviews and use ANY other company than Proform. I ordered my product in APRIL and here we are approaching June and I STILL do not have it. Of course, I got a treadmill a few weeks ago, but it came dented, broken, scratched, and missing pieces. How a legitimate company can try to pass this $1500+ product to a customer as feasible is beyond me. But it gets better.

Try calling them. I kid you not, you will wait on hold for over 5 hours! Yes that's right. I let my phone sit all day to see how long it would take for someone to answer, and lo and behold, after 5 hours someone picked up! But their customer service is rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They say it's not handled by their department so they'll transfer you. Then you'll wait on hold for another few hours. They'll close and you'll try back the next day to the other department.... only for them to say it's not handled by this department either! They'll soothe you by telling you they will give you a 5% credit...which NEVER has processed. They lie left and right. They show no appreciation for my time and won't for yours either. I have never met a more unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. If you want any piece of fitness equipment, please avoid the trouble and use literally ANY other company.

I purchased a 495 CSE earlier this last Monday for about $700. I was told that it would take one to three business days to ship. Fast forward to Thursday evening, it still hasn't shipped! I contacted customer care via online chat, and spoke to a woman (I forgot her name). Her response: "It should ship any day now." Nah, really?

I checked again the following day (Friday). I tried calling customer care, and since there was a long wait time due to increased demand (understandably so), I requested a call back. I received a call-back 27 minutes later, but my call dropped. I ended up chatting with a customer care representative by the name of Shuweii. I asked him about my order, and he told me "I apologize Jeremy, the 495 CSE it our of stock". Yes, THOSE were his words. He told me that model won't be available for another few months and proceeded to offer to sell me more expensive models, but I ended up cancelling the order altogether. It doesn't make sense they would have items in stock when you order them but not have them anymore after your order is being processed! Coincidence? I think not! Take my advice: Buy from a reputable store. It may cost more money, but it is so worth it. These guys are horrible!

We bought the ProForm treadmill from Walmart. I didn't do my usual research. It didn't work as expected from the first day. Never could talk to a person at ProForm, even though I spent more than a half hour on hold. Then we moved to a new house. The persons helping us pack and move took the treadmill apart and couldn't remember how to put it back together. I ask for someone to come help us. They said a technician would call us, but that never happened. Last I heard from them. They sure cashed my check on time though. I have to wonder if ProForm is scamming.

PATHETIC! Purchased online thru WalMart, assembly paid up front and was completed efficiently after Christmas. However, my husband has Lewy Body Dementia and all he needs and can comprehends is the monitor that displays, time, steps, distance,. I used the manual and went through every darn web site recommended from Pro-form but cannot get the "manual" display monitor to work. I have called 6 times since Jan 1 and no return call as of today 1/15/20. We have a large piece of elliptical equipment in our bedroom so my husband only has to walk 2 steps to get his exercise. Don't want the iFit program which is an additional cost that IS NOT MENTIONED PRIOR TO PURCHASING just the manual monitor to display and work.

I purchased this over a month before Christmas and was promised numerous times it would be delivered and assembled before Christmas. It is now the day before and they said they don't know why I was promised that. It was on backorder and someone should have told me and I will not get it as promised for Christmas. I was on hold waiting to talk to someone for over 1.5 hours then waited for the billing and service who only offered me a 10% discount. It was a slap in the face after numerous calls. The women who was a supervisor was rude and said, "If you don't like it then just return it." She should not be working in customer service. Hello everyone, Please, please, please DO NOT purchase anything from ProForm. I purchased three exercising machines and paid $250 additional per machine for a “White Glove delivery.” But instead, I paid for a huge headache. The machines were delivered by Esquire Logistics, Inc. a third-party logistics company hired by ProForm. When the machines arrived to my house one of them was broken, therefore, I rejected it.

The other two were installed. However, the installation was very much neglected! All the screws were loose, and some parts of the machines were falling apart. I got everything on video and contacted Esquire Logistics, Inc. so the problem will get taken care of. I also contacted ProForm to document the issue and to request a new replacement for the broken machine. I had to take another day off from work so Esquire Logistics, Inc. could come back to reassemble the machines.

The two guys that came to oversee the installation were impressed on how badly installed the machines were. Although they tried to help, halfway through the installation/inspection they realized some screws previously used were not designed for the machines. I asked them where the screws are supposed to go and they couldn’t say. Their reply was “who knows.” They did what they could but none the less they were not properly installed.

I spoke to Customer Service personnel and made them aware that to this day, I have not been able to use the machines because they are unsafe to use. I specifically told them that I am a handicap person and the reason for purchasing the machines was for physical therapy. Customer service personnel then referred me to Billings/Returns. Billing and returns refused to take my call and the supervisor said the only option I had was to return the machines and pay restocking fee plus shipping and handling cost. INCREDIBLE!!!

It is clear ProForm doesn’t care about anything but their money! They don’t care about the safety of the customers and the possibility of ending up in a wheelchair for life for malfunction of their products. With all being said, I was wondering if anyone else experienced similar situations. Please let me know if you are willing to share my attorney’s fees and make sure we get the service that we paid and that ProForm advertises so much. Although ProForm’s main advertisement is based on the well-being of their customers, I can assure you that is not the case. ProForm, why don’t you invest in hiring decision-making staff to keep customers satisfied and therefore avoid any law-suits!?

I received the Smart HIIT Pro 3 weeks ago. I paid the $250 for them to come and put the machine together. They sent people that had not ever even seen the machine. This caused the machine to never work. When I called customer service it took 30-45 minutes for someone to answer my call. They send a part so I could fix the machine saying that it would take a tech months to be able to go and check out the machine. I called a second time, took even longer for them to answer, for them to only give me another number to call. When I tried to return the machine that has never been used!!! I spoke to the supervisor and I was still out $500 because I needed to pay for someone to come and pick up the machine (that never worked)!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! My recommendation is don't bother with this company!! I was so excited because I thought the machine was perfect! I was so wrong!! So please consider my experience before buying from ProForm! I'm so sad they took $500 from me for something that never worked and assembly was not done by a professional even if that's what they said would happen if you paid the $250 extra!! Don't buy from this company!!!

I purchased my third ProForm Treadmill which was a ProForm 2000. I have been ecstatic with my ProForm treadmills and have always recommended them to others when I have been asked what I use when I am not running outside. My faith in Pro-Form has took a large hit and I am beginning to think that I made a poor investment. On June 27th I went downstairs to run and the treadmill would only make a beeping noise when I would touch any of the controls. We checked the users manual and did what they suggested, called and was walked through troubleshooting with no luck.

On Monday morning, June 22nd I called and complained again and they said that they were certain that it was the Magnetic Key Switch and Control Panel and they would send one out since it is under warranty and that I would receive it in 3-5 days as they ship UPS. I asked if I could pay to have it sent a quicker method and they said no, it was in stock and that it was coming from Utah and should only take the 3 days.

On Thursday August 1st I called as I have still not received the package. I was able to speak with the same lady that I spoke with the following Thursday. She said that I would receive the package by the end of business that day from UPS and she verified the address that it was being shipped to and gave me the tracking number. I told her that it was almost 8:00 p.m. in Michigan and that the package was not going to be delivered that day.

On Friday morning I called UPS and they said that they did not have a package for me. I gave them the tracking number and they said that it was being sent via UPS Smart Ship and that the USPS would have it and it showed that they left a notice for me that they tried to deliver it. I never received a notice. I called the local post office and they did not have a package for me. After they did some searching they found the package at USPS said that they would hold it for me but there would be a charge to get it of $8.30 since it was shipped to the incorrect address. I went and picked up the package.

On Saturday evening my husband installed the part only to find that they only sent the fan switch housing and not the control panel and the treadmill still does not work. The iFit light will light up now and the screen makes a quick blue flash when it is turned but the buttons don't work or anything. there is not even beeping when you push the buttons now.

Not only did it take 11 days for me to get a part that I was to receive in 3-5 business days but I had to make numerous phone calls and pay to get a part out of the post office since it was shipped to the wrong address and the treadmill that is under warranty and only used for 4 1/2 months still is not working. Needless to say I am more than frustrated with the lack of customer service that I have received.

I have attached all of the pertinent documents to an email and sent it to them stating I would like to know what steps need to be taken now to get the treadmill working condition sooner rather than later. My husband also called and after them making him do numerous troubleshooting things that were done two times previous via them taking over the camera on his cell phone they then agreed to ship out the control board that they missed the first time. We received this in 5 days, last Friday and the treadmill still has the same issue.

I called this morning only to be told that I could not speak with a manager and they do not know why my previous 3 emails have not been answered and was told that I would have to make a troubleshooting video and email it to them before they could do anything else. Their customer service is beyond ridiculous for something that has less than 50 hours on it, is still under warranty and cost over $1200.

Just purchased my first ProForm equipment yesterday, 05/23/2019, ProForm Hybrid Trainer. I have already had my taste of their lousy customer service, don't think I will be purchasing any more ProForm. In my opinion, Academy Sports is better than the crap they are putting on their shelves. I think their company is running a scam on their products to keep from having to warranty them. I received my product stapled and strapped closed as from from the factory, from Academy Sports. After spending 2 1/2 hours putting the product together, found it had no Serial number, so ProForm offers no help, but to return the product to Academy. The product left ProForm with no Serial number, they should fix the issue, without me returning and having to assemble another one.

When I did not hear anything about delivery I called and was told they would ship another one out to me within 14 days it would be at my house. 14th day is tomorrow and I was advised by their delivery company, NonStop that they have no idea when they will be able to schedule me to have it delivered. I called their 866-896-9777 to request a refund and waited 40 minutes without being able to speak to anyone to get my refund back. Extremely disappointed with this company and their business practices.

iFit is unable to be used effectively without support. It is not intuitive or user-friendly. It stops streaming Google maps even when there is a strong wi-fi. The programs I selected on my iPad didn't load on my equipment. And all I get from support is "restart your equipment," which of course I did multiple times before I called. The support person appears to be required to go through a protocol whether or not that would help the issue, and they don't seem to actually be familiar with technical issues... They just repeat what's on the protocol in front of them. I was so frustrated after spending hours trying to get iFit to work on my Tour de France bike that I cancelled my membership. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

The ProForm treadmill I bought last year has been great. The problem is that registering your ProForm product is like joining the mob- you're in for life. I purchased an extended warranty from Walmart when I bought the treadmill which I explained to ProForm the first 5 times they called trying to sell me they're extended warranty. Each time I was assured they would stop calling. 15 phone calls and around 7 letters later, they're STILL trying. I'm not sure what their business plan is- annoy customers to the point they will NEVER buy another ProForm product and what? Profit???

I purchased this equipment in Jan 2019 and used ProForm Financing b/c they were offering what seemed a good deal for delivery & set up. They used Fidelitone to delivery & set up who damaged our floors. The machine was returned 2-7-19 as it turned out to be defective and now we cannot get ProForm Financing to credit the amount back for something we no longer have. We call and get confirmation numbers from CS but yet the Financing side doesn't get this info.; endless loop!! They will not get their customer, Fidelitone, who delivered the machine to our home and damaged our brand new hardwood floors, to pay for the damage. Now we are looking at legal action to get this resolved just to keep this off of our credit. A scam all the way around!!!! DO NOT BUY/FINANCE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Product never worked right from the start. Continual software problems. Google maps & workouts freeze and crash. Music app never worked. Wattage is off. Customer service is terrible. We have spent over 15 hours on phone in the last 4 months. It is impossible to talk to a manager. You get bounced around to different departments. The return policy is junk because they mislead you and waste time and then the 30 days is up and then you can't return the product. iFit is holding our money hostage. iFit is a joke. This is probably the worst company I have ever purchased from. Also, they are only available 9-5 mountain time and closed on weekends. So if you work during the week - good luck reaching anyone. And when you do - they are not helpful.

Has been falling apart since I bought it -- screws squeaking every other day, plastic falling off. Now the main axle snapped. Sounds impossible doesn't it. Gave up trying to get parts to fix it. That's the real workout!

Bought from Costco. Called in three times about loud noise when in use. Was on hold first two calls for over a hour for customer service. First call was instructed to try tightening certain screws, second call was told that 16 bolts were defective and replacements would be sent, please install. The third call was asked to open up the assembled unit that came with unit and make changes. I refused since, it came pre-assembled and that would break warranty. Finally was scheduled for someone to come out and service. Before he got there our credit card was charged for the FIT. Disputed. How can you charge for item never being able to use and waiting for repair. More phone calls. Not happy, would never buy again.

I purchased the Hybrid Elliptical. Came within 10 days or so but I thought I was going to get a call when it got delivered because I did a live chat with customer service. They said they wouldn't deliver until I made arrangements. Guess what to my surprise it was delivered on my deck without arrangements... so I put it together. Now that I've canceled my gym membership now I need to go to iFit to register to use my machine... Nope... was on phone waiting for like 15 minutes, to my surprise this lovely nice woman helps me bypass so I can now use. Thank you so much. Now I can go to work taking off much needed pounds... If anybody needs to know get on your machine hold down the Bluetooth blue button until you see 000000 not until then let go. You will see a random code. Still do not let go till you see all zeros. There you go... Thank you ProForm.

I ordered the Smart HIIT Trainer Pro on December 28, 2018, and I received an email on December 30, 2018 that the product was shipped. There is a diagram on the email explaining the process of delivery between carrier 1 and 2 and with the holidays, I knew it may be a few more days. Over the course of the three weeks, I checked every other day for tracking information on my order form. It would always say “No update”. I should have known from there that was a red flag.

There was no sign of a call to schedule delivery, so I called customer service to get a follow up. The one representative told me that the machine was at the second carrier since Thursday, January 10th. I asked why they haven’t called me, and he said he would not have that answer for me and that I would have to ask them. He transferred me to the warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. They did not have it. Then, the warehouse transferred me to the Tampa warehouse, and they did not have it. In the meanwhile, I was getting upset at the lady on the phone at the warehouse of why I didn’t get a call. So, back to square A.

I call back Proform. After a 40 minute wait from the from the first call, I literally had to wait another 55 minutes to get through to someone. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, they always make excuses or transfer you again where you are waiting for an additional 30-40 minutes to speak someone. Still to this day, I have not spoken to any “higher-up management”. I hung up because the wait was so long and I already spent half my day being lied to and no answers. I call back the next day, and the same thing... On wait for over 40 minutes for them to tell me that they cannot do anything for me and for me to contact billing. I get transferred to the billing department... Again another 40+ wait... surprise, surprise. But, what are you going to do when you spent $1500 on a product?!

I finally felt like I was getting somewhere with the person from billing. It seemed like she resolved my issue by explaining that for some reason I received an email saying that my machine shipped when in reality, it never did. I couldn’t really comprehend why the very first call I was told it was at the warehouse then. I paid an extra $99 for special delivery so I told her for all the inconvenience, I wanted my $99 back and free special delivery and she said okay very calm and that was it. I should have known with everything I have just gone through, that her response was off. “Too good to be true”. She sent me another order number and invoice after we got off the phone but the invoice was a value of $0.

I wanted a new invoice since technically this was a new order (they had to cancel the other one for some odd reason). I wanted evidence that I was compensated my $99 back. Two people told me it was.. then, why wasn’t my invoice reflecting the new total? So.. I call real early in the morning (1/22/19) the next day and was told that I had to call billing. There was nothing they could do for me. So, after work, I called again and waited an additional 40+ minutes again and asked about the invoice. I also asked why I haven’t received an additional email saying my machine has shipped. It was over a week and still hasn’t shipped.

So, now, it is about a month with no machine. The lady also begins to tell me that an invoice for payment was sent in the mail and I should get it soon (I got it yesterday). She informed me that I had to pay. I said, "Excuse me? You are telling me I need to make a payment on a product/machine that I haven’t even received yet??" I asked, "What if it comes broken? Damaged?" I refused to pay it.

How does a “company” expect people to pay for things that they haven’t even received? I informed her that Proform was fraud and I was going to dispute the charges on my credit card and I was going to make a police report. Also, I NEVER got the $99 charge for the inconveniences. They also delete the negative comments off their pretty facebook page so other customers can’t be warned. She became very hostile with me and said well you cancel and honestly, as much as I wanted the machine, I just couldn’t anymore. I was done fighting for an item.

I was done with their lies. I was more upset because this replaced our gym memberships that we cancelled because we built an at home gym. I came across this website and could not BELIEVE the same scenarios I just went through. I feel each and everyone’s pain. I am glad I ended up cancelling after reading each of your comments about broken machines and them refusing to give you back your money! I even told her I was going to call the business bureau and make a complaint of what they are doing so if you are thinking of buying from them, DON’T!

I bought brand new ProForm Smart Pro 2000. I am having problems with their console as the screen just keeps spinning. The customer rep told me just to press the Bluetooth button to fix the problem. He will not wait until the issue is resolved as he said he has other callers on the line. He said to call me back. After waiting for 45 minutes he wants me to call again. He just hang up without verifying if the issue has been resolved. That's really bad customer service.

I purchased a ProForm 505CST treadmill and had a issue with a small plastic handle that was broken during assembly. I placed a service ticket with customer service online and explained my issue in detail. I received a acknowledging email back but never got a solution email after that. A month later I called customer service and sat on hold for 45 minutes so I hung up. I tried again a few weeks later to call again and sat on hold for over a hour, once again I hung up in disgust. I will never purchase their products or one of their other brands again, their customer service is pathetic.

Horrible customer service. Bought 20 month ago with an extended warranty and after several services (each an excruciating experience) I was told my warranty was now void due to its placement in my basement/garage which is fully covered. They continually try to fault customer rather than accept any damage to their bottom line.

I do not want iFit. I do not want to pay for iFit before I can use my treadmill. They are holding my treadmill hostage. I cannot use my treadmill unless I pay for iFit! No one at ProForm or iFit will answer not even through chat. They want me to give them a credit card before my treadmill will work. I do not ** want iFit. I just want to hit start and run jog walk without a ** personal trainer. I am going to return this treadmill after several hours of putting it together. Mf... to Academy where I purchased it. They should be whipped for this crap... Forcing a credit card to use a machine that I bought and paid for in full.

I've had issues with this product from the beginning and have been in constant contact with their customer service. The tablet malfunctioned, and the cost to replace the part was equal to that of the entire equipment. Proform is a brand owned by Icon Health & Fitness, who also own Nordictrac and several other brands. I just purchased a high end commercial NordicTrack Treadmill. Had I realized it was manufactured under the same Icon group, I would not have made the purchase.

Thus far, I have spent over $5000 in Icon Health & Fitness products and feel I have entered into a relationship with crooks. To charge me the full cost of a TDF spin bike, just for the console is nothing less than robbery. and shows no respect for me as a consumer of their junk products. Once I realized they weren't going to replace the part at a fair price, I dissembled the defective component (a $20 part) and found out why these products are in such poor review; they are assembled poorly under inferior standards.

In summary, buyer beware. There are other cardio equipment manufacturers. Proform, along with iFit (a whole other source for review) lacks true customer service. They should have taken care of my issue early on instead of waiting on my warranty to expire. Instead all I got from their customer service while my equipment was under warranty was the advice to "keep the unit unplugged when not in use", an obviously lame tempt at troubleshooting which didn't remedy the issue.

Purchased a ProForm Cardio HIIT from Costco. The assembly was straightforward, but the registry to "unlock" the console, via a third party was unbelievable. Need a subscription to operate the machine - a hidden detail, not made public up-front. Tech support was non-existent & kept dropping and/or pushing me back in the queue. I spent 8 days trying to "unlock" the console, and hours waiting on the phone, instead of working, because they were only open during the work week business hours. The online chat just said "have a nice day"! I would suggest that no one spend another cent with this pathetic excuse for a company... They are obviously out of their league and overwhelmed with problems & complaints.

Bought the HIIT elliptical machine. 1 month into using it. It locked up. It’s been over 4 months and still waiting for them to fix. They first send the parts to wrong household. They then ordered the wrong part. And now still waiting on correct part. When you call expect to be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. So upset. Don’t even know what to do. They will not give money back. I wish companies like this were ethical and gave money back when their product is not reliable. I wish we could file a class action lawsuit! This is just not acceptable.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased the ProForm Hybrid Trainer Pro. I had the machine about two months when it locked up. I called customer service (7/9) and after being on hold forever finally got to speak to someone. They were going to send parts and then a technician would come fix it. I had to wait until 8/1 for the technician. When he looked at the machine (which he didn't really know anything about) he said the flywheel had moved. He even admitted that he didn't know how that could have happened and may happen again. I used the machine this morning for about 5 minutes and it started making awful grinding noises. I called back customer service (once again waited forever on hold) wanting a new machine or a refund.

They cannot do either since it was over the thirty days. I asked to speak to a manager and after being on hold again I was told that the manager said the same thing the representative said and if I wanted to, I could email him. Really, a manager is too afraid to speak to a customer. That should tell you what kind of products they sell. The only thing I am able to do is have the technician come out again. I told them that I will not wait another 3 1/2 weeks to get it fixed. They certainly don't stand behind their products. Don't waste your money.

First, they had 0% financing offered which came back not approved for 0% but 30%. As if. So I tried a card I knew I had the available funds. It was denied. Contacted them and they told me to use PayPal. I used PayPal and that transaction went through. Would've been great. Received the product 2 days later. That day though, they charged my card 5X, not through PayPal, so they somehow had managed to save my card information even after telling me that my card was denied, which must have been some kind of ploy to force me to use that crazy account they thought I would take without realizing it was a scam (it was unclear whether the 0% was good or not when I read the approved documentation). DO NOT BUY!!! They are a scam artist company who fails at customer service and now I'm going to have to watch to make sure these charges do not actually get placed on my card.

Purchased a new treadmill from ProForm. The device is 2 weeks old, has been non-functional since delivery. Proform's customer service is non-existent. Have called many times, and have spent collectively 4 hours on hold, and have yet to speak to a human being about the problem. I have used their email feature to also submit my issue. I have received confirmation that they have received my request, but after two weeks of waiting, still no reply. I have sent 2 other follow-up emails, but still no response. At this point, I have spent $1,500.00 on a product that does not work, and no way to communicate with the company that manufactures it. In researching ProForm's customer service complaints online, I was shocked to discover that there are plenty of other people having the same problems. Check for yourself and see! How can this company still be in business? Very upset and dissatisfied.

My husband purchased and assembled this bike (ProForm Studio Bike Pro) for me for Christmas. I was so excited to receive it, I read that it was a great bike and was excited to train on it. The first time I rode it, no problem but I needed to adjust position of the seat for my comfort and to avoid injury. After adjusting the seat it has been nothing but trouble. The seat started to wiggle side to side... we tightened it down but the design is so terrible you cannot tighten enough to make it hold still. Then it started to tip forward and backward mid training. I called Proform about 1 week after riding because of the seat moving...Jan 5...was advised my replacement parts would be at my house in 2 weeks - I ordered 3 parts. I received 1 part 2 weeks later, and now on March 13 I’m still waiting for the other 2 parts. I have called multiple times, wait at least 20 minutes to get anyone and am told “we don’t have in stock”, “no estimated arrival time”, ”it should be soon”.

When I ask about what they’re going to do to make it right they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. Now the seat is so jacked up I cannot even sit on my bike without the supports on the saddle coming apart and tipping backward while I ride. This is the worst design I’ve ever seen for a piece of equipment, especially one that cost $1500. I’m INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. I wish we would have saved a good $1000 and just bought a trainer for my bike and not wasted our time and money on this equipment. I now have a $1500 clothing rack. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. While the product looks great, if you have any trouble their customer service is WORTHLESS.

I am submitting this review to warn people about how horrible the experience with ProForm has been. I ordered a top of the line "Tour de France" exercise bicycle and included the "white glove" service of assembly. This cost tops $ 2,000. For my efforts I basically got two truck drivers and a bag of tools. They had no idea how to assemble the bike. So much for the "white glove" service. I called the company back, and the next day two "technicians" showed up. They knew less than the truck drivers. I might talk about customer service here - long waits on the phone (like 40 minutes) to get anyone to respond. I finally on day 3 got someone who knew what they were doing. He finally assembled it, but the first time I used it an clicking noise started coming out of the bottom bracket with every pedal stroke. This is a DISASTER. If you even think of ordering a ProForm product, run the other way quickly.

Ordered treadmill (ProForm Pro 2000 Treadmill) on 11/24/17. After multiple long calls with their hotline, on hold, hours and hours spent, have canceled order today on 2/6/18. Heard many excuses. Product was lost, they would escalate issue and get back (they never call you back). After issue a new re-order and $100 credit (credit was never received) over a month ago, product never came. I cancelled, got confirmation of cancel but I don't trust the company to refund after all these problems. I've also disputed their charges with my credit card company. Recommend you stay away from ProForm. I will never buy another product from their or affiliated company.

Placed an order for a treadmill and a bike on January 2nd. It's January 17th and nobody can help us figure out why it hasn't shipped. We have called every day for the last 10 days with no luck. Each person has a different story as to why it hasn't shipped. Yesterday we were told the equipment is now in backorder and it will be 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. Well, we made sure they were in stock when we placed the order. I am currently on the phone... On hold again... Just to get answers. Their customer service is just awful!!

FYI, for anyone wondering, they have not offered to give a discount or offered to expedite shipping. In fact, I have been hung up on a couple of times. Hung up even though I was calmly asking questions. I have not been rude to them and I expect the same in return. We will be telling every person we know to stay far from them.

Horrible Customer Service. I mean, truly the most wretched customer support I have ever experienced. These people will hang up on you when asking questions or reporting an issue. They are the same company as NordicTrack and the customer support is the same. I mean truly, in my 40 years of life, this is the absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced. I bought two machines from the site directly. Since then I received one email saying that it shipped. I haven't heard any further on the status and whenever I check the status, I get the same message. No update... I tried to call many times, but to no avail. NO ONE answers the phone. At this point I want to cancel my order, but how can I cancel it when I can't reach anyone? This is one experience that went wrong. I wish I read the reviews before I bought the equipment. First attempt was via Chat Line and I was told order was placed and they could not guarantee cancelling it. Then attempted email, and have not received response. Tried to call, put on hold for 20 minutes. Never got through. Tried chat again, to no avail. This order was placed on 6/12/17. I received an email notifying me that the product had shipped on 6/19/17 with a link to track the order. My first issue was the delivery date stated it was being delivered on 6/23/17 so I took a day off work to stay home to receive the delivery. I called ProForm to check on the delivery status and they informed me that the equipment was delivered to the local shipping company and that I would receive a call in 48 hours to schedule the delivery. I was then transferred to someone in the billing department who confirmed the same and told me the carrier had tried to contact me at the number I gave but was unable to reach me. She said they were attempting to contact me since 6/23 which is not accurate as I was awaiting the delivery that day to no avail. The person in Proform billing then said she would send an email to the carrier requesting that they call me on Monday, 6/26.

So Monday came and I received no call and I followed up with the carrier (Non Stop Delivery) and the only thing they could tell me was they tried calling me on Saturday but didn’t get me and that “someone would call me to schedule the delivery”. I then contacted a representative at Proform again that day and they advised me the product was delivered to the carrier on 6/23 and I would have to call the carrier for any further info. I called the carrier once again to no avail. On Tuesday, 6/27 I still had not received a call from the carrier so I called and spoke to the manager Doug and he told me that he guaranteed someone would be calling me that day. Needless to say no one called so Wednesday morning I again called Doug from Non-stop delivery to inquire. I left him 2 voicemails.

I also called Proform again to see if there was anything to be done on their end and the guy I spoke with explained the full delivery process and that the carrier had 3 days to call and schedule because the product is inspected prior to being sent out for delivery. He told me if I did not get a call that day I could call Proform back on 6/29 and they would be able to contact the carrier since the timeframe had passed. It would have been very helpful if Proform put this process in the email that is sent with the tracking info. What good is it to track the shipment if it is not on the way to me??? I finally received a call around 2pm on Wednesday, 6/28 to schedule delivery for 6/29 at 8am.

The delivery arrived around 8:30am today and when the assembly guys began taking the parts out of the box to begin assembly and they noticed the machine was damaged and pointed these things out to us. There were several scratches and dents and the base of the unit was cracked and not completely in tact. They were unable to assemble the product and had to take it back with them. My husband took pictures and so did the assemblers and gave us the paperwork reflecting the unit was damaged. At this point I am already frustrated so I call Proform to report this situation and see how and what could be done to rectify the issue.

I was connected to Lindsey in the Billing area and I explained the situation to her and asked her, "What could you all do about this situation given all of the issues that have taken place." She then stated, “I can take $100 off the price of the machine and it would take another 2-3 weeks for you to receive another one and there was nothing else to be done”. So I proceed to ask her for a refund. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and when Lindsey returned to the call she gave me a conf number. I asked her if I could speak to her manager and her response was, “My manager is not available”. So I asked for any manager and she tells me there were no other managers for me to speak with and I could call Customer Service if I wanted to speak with a manager.

At this point she began to sound irritated that I was wanting to speak with her manager so I asked her if she knew when her manager would be returning and her response was, “I don’t know. She is not at her desk”. At no point did Lindsey give me other options at contacting or speaking with her manager so I asked for her manager’s name and number. She told me her manager was Audra and there was no direct number for her.

I asked Lindsey for the information for the Corporate office and she states I was speaking to the corporate office. I asked for a physical address to mail concerns/complaints and she replied, “You can Google the address if you want it. This is a private company”. I then asked for an email address so she proceeds to give me the email address **. I did not hear her clearly so I repeated back and said, "Did you say Plural for returns (like to add an “s” on the end)?" Her response was, “THAT IS WHAT PLURAL MEANS”. At this point I snapped and I call her a not so nice name (female dog) and told her I was not looking for a grammar lesson and I didn’t appreciate her attitude and I hung up the phone.

I have never had such an awful experience with a customer service person like Lindsey. She was unprofessional and really didn’t seem to care about the issues that I experienced ordering from your company. At no point did she attempt to retain my business which is why I had the order cancelled. This speaks volumes about this company if the employees are allowed to treat the customer in such rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manners. I will not recommend Proform to anyone, I do not feel as though they value customers. That was pretty clear by the lack of professionalism displayed by Lindsey.

I am very disappointed in this outcome as I liked the look of the HITT Pro machine but customer service is VERY important to me. Why would I give my business to a company that seems to not care about the issues the customer experiences. Sadly I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Proform, this experience has been an eye opener and I hope no one else is treated in this manner. I will take my money elsewhere and to a company whose employees show interest in getting the customer’s complains resolved. For that reason Proform lost a customer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Display stopped working. No customer support. I purchased the ProForm Sport 12.0 ST new directly from ProForm September 2015 for $2,299 along with their warranty for in-home service for 6 years and parts for 9 for an additional $179.95. It has been working fine until Monday of last week (not even 2 years) when the display started messing up. When powered on it lights up but does not finish starting. The display's bar at the bottom of the screen just "loops". I have left it on for days but it does not finish starting up.

I have contacted the individual I purchased the warranty from by leaving voice messages and sending e-mails but there is no reply. I have submitted multiple service requests and have not received any replies, phone calls or anything indicating the requests are being submitted. When I call the Service Number it disconnects me stating I do not have any registered equipment with no options to talk to any individuals. Stay away because unless your equipment never has issues you will be dead in the water. Save your money or buy a cheaper treadmill.

The product may be satisfactory but there are many other companies that make products as good or better AND provide good Customer Service. The Customer Service at ProForm is deplorable. I am almost 60 and have never been through a worse purchasing experience. I am mad at myself for not paying attention to all the negative reviews I read prior to my regretful purchase. Too many wrong things to list them here. Sorry ProForm but you need to change things and soon or you will not have any reviews, even negative ones.

I purchased my ProForm online in February. I called immediately to let them know it wasn't working and I wanted a full refund as was an option in their agreement. They refused stating they could fix it. I have had 4 service calls since then and the last one was today. The machine is in pieces on my floor and I have no idea if it can be fixed. ProForm refuses to return my money. They don't honor their policy. They took money from me and refuse to refund me. Horrible customer service.

We purchased a ProForm rower online. The rower was never delivered and the tracking number they provided was bad - the freight company had no record of it. After numerous calls into customer service trying to get a status update (where you sit on hold for 30-40 minutes each time to reach someone) they finally determined that they lost the rower. The customer service specialist said they would cancel the order. Weeks have gone by and we still have not gotten a refund. We have no idea if we will ever get our money back. Don't buy from this company!

This is about your customer service. My wife called to report a service and you set an appointment during the work day. She took half day off unpaid and waited for two hours for your service tech. The service tech didn't show up and she didn't even receive a phone call to cancel. They rescheduled the appointment and of course showed up late and didn't fix the machine. About the machine, after 3 weeks, the machine is making terrible noise, cracked the floor. My Advice, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. I regret buying from that company.

We recently order two of the adjustable jump boxes which were delivered to our house. After building the jump box we discovered that the legs wobble particularly when the legs are extended. Who would want to jump on to a box that is not sturdy? When we queried this Pro-Form told us to send it back at our own expense. I find this completely unreasonable as the weight of the jump boxes would end up costing us yet again more money. We are still trying to get this resolved but so far I have found the service to be completely ridiculous. I would never use Pro-Form again or recommend them to anyone particularly as we are being put out of pocket due to a faulty product.

Placed order....not rec'd order....no one to contact. If I try to call Icon/ProForm, no one picks the phone (I held the call for 20 minutes once). Their online form needs a serial number to be entered for any complaints (I have not received the product so don't have it to enter). I am just frustrated with their service and won't recommend this company to anyone.

If you're thinking about trying these guys, don't even bother. If you are lucky enough to get a working product (which I wasn't) you might be ok until something breaks down. As something breaks down you have to deal with the customer services of proform you are out of luck. My wife and I bought this from Nebraska furniture mart and it came in broken. Called Nebraska Furniture Mart and they are unable to get me a new one as their warehouses are on strike. Called proform (On hold for over an hour), they sent a service man out, said he is unable to fix it as it would break the warranty on the machine. Took pictures, sent them to proform and said we should be hearing from them soon.

Didn't hear anything from proform, finally called them again (On hold for over an hour). They lost the pictures from the first service guy. Told us they had to send another service man out. A month later he comes out, says he is unable to fix it because if he did he would break the warranty. Does something to the machine that makes it workable, but I have to pound it several time with a hammer each time I fold it down and up for the screws to align. Took pictures and sent them to proform. Didn't hear anything from proform, call them again (On hold for over an Hour).

The second repair man flat out lied and said he fixed it. They are sending another repair man out and sending a piece that they have already ordered once before. So just don't bother and save yourself the headache. They will send you something that is either broken or will eventually break and then you will have an expensive waste of space.

Some advice....if you're thinking about ordering any exercise equipment from ProForm, don't - shady, shady company!! I order something on Saturday, tried to cancel my order on Monday, couldn't get thru on their "returns" line, (I tried quite a few different times & was on "hold" 45 minutes until I got fed up & hung up) then when I sent an email, the customer service person didn't even acknowledge my request to cancel my order, but tried to sell me even more of course. I then reiterated to the customer service to cancel this order immediately and confirm via email my cancellation. Now I just get an email, "Your order has shipped!" SHADY!!! I don't do hashtags, but ‪#‎PROFORM‬ SUCKS!!!

During the beginning of the last week of December 2012, I placed an order with Proform. No receipt, no email - nothing. On 1/5, I called Proform and spoke to customer service after being on hold for 10 minutes. I gave him the order number and he said the item was backordered. I asked why I never received a confirmation of order nor a note that it was backordered. He stated he didn't know why but then offered me a 10% discount and told me he would email me on Monday with an idea of when the item was expected back in stock. No email ever came so I called on 1-14 and again after being on hold 3 times as long as 10 minutes, I went to 'chat' on their website where I was told my order was cancelled with no explanation. I asked why their website still showed that item as being in stock and ready to ship and she didn't know why. This is a ridiculous company with zero customer skills, and I guess giving me a discount meant they were canceling my order. Since my order was submitted online by credit card, I have yet to see if the charge shows up and something tells me there will be one. My advice is to shop elsewhere.
